Dungeon Rental Terms

Our dungeon space is available for rent. $250.00 for 6 hours Monday – Thursday. $300.00 for 6 hours Friday – Sunday.

All rental times end no later then midnight.

To reserve a date and time we require a $50 non refundable deposit which will be applied to your event costs when it occurs. This deposit must be paid before the event can be booked.

We accept Cash, Cashapp and Venmo.

Rental of the space includes use of all toys and equipment, lube, towels, showers and restroom. Bottled water and sodas are also included within the cost of the event.

You can supply your own snack, although we can supply various snacks for your event if needed. These would be purchased by us at a cost +10% rate and would need to be paid for at the beginning of your event.

The standard event package covers a limit of 10 guests. For parties of over 10 there is a $25 per person Monday -Thursday and a $30 per person charge Friday-Sunday.

The booking party is responsible for any damages or losses of items in the space. All days and times are subject to availability.

The maximum number of people we can accommodate is 50.

All attendees will be required to show photo ID and fill out a liability waiver.

Our space is a drug and alcohol free space. We do not consider weed a drug but any smoking must be done outside.
